RBCC APPOINTS NEW RUSSIA DIRECTOR
NEIL COOPER is to be the new Russia Director for RBCC from mid-October 2005.
A fluent Russian-speaker, Neil has a successful record of business development
and management in Russia going back over 25 years.
In 1993 he set up (with close support from RBCC) the first Kodak operation in
Russia and was subsequently instrumental in expanding the business both in
Moscow and across the regions. Earlier he worked for Elders IXL (now Fosters

pharmaceutical, diamond sectors.
Neil is no stranger to the Chamber, having been an Export Advisor with the
British-Soviet Chamber of Commerce in the late 1970s. He is married to
Chantelle, and they have twin daughters.
Announcing Mr Cooper's appointment, RBCC Executive Director Godfrey Cromwell
said: 'We are delighted to welcome Neil to the role of RBCC Russia Director. His
excellent track record speaks for itself and we are looking forward to working
with him in developing the Chamber to be an ever-better source of effective
service and support to our Russian and UK members alike'.
