Dear All
Received from the BEARR Trust
Best wishes

Dear Friends and supporters of BEARR,
Please find two notices which we believe will be of interest to many of
you – as well as details of our new address below.
Looking for Russian/CIS NGOs speakers who will be in the UK in September.
The International Broadcasting Trust (www.ibt.org.uk)– who have a couple
of desks in the same office as BEARR in Farringdon – are looking to
interview a Russian or CIS NGO leader for their regular programme on
development issues around the world…
If you have a local partner who will be in London on September 14th or
15th this year whom they could interview, please be in touch with them.
They do not have any funds to put towards this which is why they are
relying on finding someone who will be in London in any case.
It could be an excellent opportunity for a small NGO to promote their
work.
Premiere screening.
Premiere screening of 'The Road Home' – a powerful documentary film on
institutional childcare in Russia. The film has been made in partnership
by the Early Intervention Institute, EveryChild and HealthProm
Thursday 20th July, from 4pm to 7pm

correspondent.
After a brief introduction the film will be followed by an open discussion
and a reception in the 1802 bar. For health and safety reasons we need to
know exact numbers of attendees, please RSVP no later than Thursday 13th
