talk by Prof Arnold McMillin

To all members of the GB-Russia Society

This Wednesday October 11th we shall be holding our first ever talk in the
New Russian Cultural Centre, Pushkin House, 5a Bloomsbury Square.
Location is in the centre of London, very close to Holborn tube station
(central and piccadilly lines). The entrance is on Bloomsbury Way,
opposite the Swedenborg bookshop.

This will also be our first ever music talk, with video projected on to a
large screen and with CDs, and the talk will be given by Professor Arnold
McMillin, who has lectured for many years at SSEES on both Russian
literature and Russian music.

The title of the talk is "Music in and around Chekhov"

There are still some seats availbale, so do please make a special effort
to attend.

There will be a complimentary wine reception from 6.30 p.m.
