I have today received a letter from Moscow which I think is from the
Kremlin education department. I need it translating but cannot afford
online charges. Is there anyone who can translate it for me if I email an
attachment of the letter to them?
I think it is about the re-opening of the school in Beslan which I am
linked to professionally as a teacher, but need to know exactly what it
says.
