Hugh Lunghi is one of the few, if any, survivors of those present at all
the war-time “Big Three” Conferences in Teheran, Yalta and Potsdam.
Having learnt Russian from his Anglo-Russian mother he grew up bilingual
and became Russian language interpreter for Winston Churchill and Clement
Atlee.
He interpreted at meetings with Stalin and later with Khruschev. Tickets:
