memory of Richard Beattie Davis – a staunch supporter of all the Russian

The acclaimed young pianist Daniel Grimwood returns to Wigmore Hall with a
programme of Russian Romanticism.
Alongside Rachmaninov’s titanic first piano sonata, this is a rare chance
to hear works by Felix Blumenfeld, music recorded for the first time on
Daniel’s latest CD, which will be released at the concert.
