Docklands Sinfonia is performing a concert entirely dedicated to
Russian-themed music on Friday July 23rd at St Anne's Church, Limehouse.

The concert, which stars the London Symphony Orchestra's principal trumpet
Philip Cobb, includes music by Alexander Arutrunian and Sergei Rachmaninov
as well as the world premiere of 'Moscow Festival' by Rob Davies.

Docklands Sinfonia has been rated as one of the top five non-professional
orchestras in London – just one year after its creation.

The accolade from the respected industry magazine 'Classical Music' is a
remarkable achievement for the orchestra, which has already appeared on
BBC1 has performed a number of sell-out concerts with major soloists.
